We recently filed a reimbursement claim for a shipment in which 792 units were shipped missing 132 units 11 cartons. We provided Amazon with:
• Proof of Delivery (POD) clearly showing the goods were signed for at the FC,
• Official customs clearance documents,
• Packing list and shipment plan – all matching,
• And all boxes were tracked and confirmed delivered.
All boxes were confirmed delivered and signed for at the fulfillment center. However, Amazon denied the claim, stating that they “did not receive the units listed in the shipment plan” — without showing any evidence of missing boxes or internal discrepancies.
To make matters worse, every time we open a new case for further clarification, support simply tells us to “refer to the previous case,” which was already closed without resolution. We’re being bounced between agents with no accountability and no progress.
📌 Has anyone dealt with a similar situation where:
• POD and documentation were provided,
• The shipment was clearly signed for,
• But Amazon denied the claim and offered no explanation — and worse, no real support?
We’d truly appreciate any advice, or even just to know how others have approached this and whether a successful resolution was possible.
Thank you in advance!
