My account is currently deactivated.
Please note that according to the last email from the Reinstatement Team on May 11, 2025, the reinstatement process should have been completed three days ago. We were instructed to only initiate the removal process in order to prevent Amazon from disposing of our goods, even though we have yet to receive any further response from the Reinstatement Team. Additionally, the authenticity check of our FBA inventory, which Amazon scheduled on January 23, 2025, has still not been conducted as of today, May 19, 2025.
I recently passed the required video verification, which was done specifically to confirm that I am eligible to remove my inventory. Amazon confirmed this — I received a performance notification clearly stating that my inventory is eligible for removal. I am currently within the 14-day window and, according to performance notification, have a right to take my inventory back.
But despite all of that, I can't create a removal order at all. And on top of that, the removal list is missing a large portion of my inventory — the quantities shown do not match the actual amounts stored in fulfillment.
I’ve tried to explain it to support and ask for assistance, but it honestly feels like my messages aren't even being read. Every time I reach out to support, they send a copy-paste reply saying my account is deactivated. The problem isn't about getting the account reinstated. It's about accessing inventory that I was explicitly told I could remove.
This situation is incredibly frustrating. Despite Amazon’s own confirmation, I’m being denied access to remove my inventory, and no one is able to assist me with resolving this. Support is not only failing to acknowledge what I’m saying, but also ignoring the fact that I was clearly confirmed to be eligible for inventory removal — and yet I still can’t do it.
I'm posting this publicly because I'm desperate for help, and I'm asking any moderators who see this — @Danika_Amazon, @Cooper_Amazon, @Wyatt_Amazon, @Xander_Amazon, @Rose_Amazon — please escalate this. I need someone to step in who can actually look at the facts and get this resolved.
To the broader seller community — if you've gone through something similar and found a path forward, I'd really appreciate your advice.
I just want to get my inventory. That's it.
