We met all the eligibility criteria for Premium A+ in December 2024 but it's January 7th now, and we are still not eligible.
Amazon Support keeps sending the same email:
"Please note that to get access to Premium A+ content, sellers must meet the following eligibility criteria:
The seller has already published an A+ content Brand Story to all ASINs in the catalog that are mapped to their brand.
They can confirm this by accessing the A+ Content Manager and checking if they have created and published a Brand Story project. They will also see A+ Brand Story on their ASINs in the “From the Brand” field on the detail page.
The seller has had at least five project submissions of A+ content that have been approved in the past 12 months. They can confirm this by accessing the A+ Content Manager and checking the status of their submitted projects and the last modified date. This is to ensure the A+ content guidelines are being adhered to.
Note: It requires five individual A+ content project submissions rather A+ content on five different ASINs.
Please note that Enrollment will be processed every Friday providing access for those eligible. Sellers who meet the eligibility criteria will not gain immediate access, but will be granted access in the next enrollment.
Once enrolled, selling partners will see a banner in the A+ Content Manager UI notifying them of enrollment. Selling partners who did not meet the eligibility criteria will see a banner in the A+ Content Manager UI indicating next steps."
They shared nothing that we didn't already know. Please answer the following question - if all the criteria were met, why are we not yet eligible for Premium A+?
