The FBA warehouse has lost six laptops in two separate FBA shipments (FBA18L8SZM8T and FBA18KBC45BH). Each unit is worth over $2,000. After confirming the loss, Amazon automatically reimbursed my account $22.15 for each laptop, which is significantly undervalued. I logged cases to address this issue and have been in contact with seller support (Case ID 16821903601 for shipment ID FBA18L8SZM8T, which includes five units, and Case ID 16886271411 for shipment ID FBA18KBC45BH, which includes one unit). Both cases have been pending with no resolution and no follow-up for months. Can an Amazon representative please assist?

@Seller_hLatK1GSrjkQO I reviewed your two cases and see that you did not provide the requested proof-of-ownership documents for Case ID 16886271411. Please make sure that you are including invoices from a supplier including the full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser that cover the inventory in question.

@KJ_Amazon, Thank you for reply to my case. Invoice has been reattached to case 16886271411 as suggested. Besides the above-mentioned two cases, here is a new one case ID16821876611 with the exactly same issue. Please help with this one as well. Appreciate.

Thank you for that update @Seller_hLatK1GSrjkQO. However, that invoice is not valid for your request and is blocking me from escalating your request to appeal your reimbursement. Please submit proof-of-ownership documentation for that specific case and shipment.
