Seller with two amazon accounts under exact same ltd company, with offers on same products
Hi,
I suspect this may be Illegal but please can you confirm ?
A ltd company has 2 seller accounts under the same Ltd company ( details on seller page match exactly vat number, company number, registered address etc)
The two seller accounts are listing against the same items, in the same conditions for 100’s of products.
so they have 2 x as many chances for the buy box by using 2 seller accounts , but actually sending the products from one ltd company behind the scenes.
if this is against TOS. If not why, would we all not all be opening multiple seller accounts under our companies & creating offers on every competitive product from each !!!

Edit just checking they are 2 different seller accounts and not the same account selling via fbm and fba?!
