I CAN'T BELIEVE AMAZON HAVEN'T SORTED SELLER SUPPORT OUT AFTER LITERALLY YEARSSSSSSS OF PEOPLE TELLING THEM HOW BAD IT IS. THEY CURRENTLY HAVE DEACTIVATED $120,000 OF OUR STOCK DUE A FALSE IP COMPLAINT. THEY HAVE LOST $15,000 RECEIVING SHIPMENTS. THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED ANOTHER LISTING SAYING A L'OREAL CREAM IS BANNED IN THE USA, WHEN THE EXACT ONE IS BEING SOLD IN WALMART ETC ETC.
HOW LONG CAN THIS GO ON? THERE'S NO BUSINESS FOR US ANYMORE. AMAZON JUST DESTROY EVERYTHING.
I WOULD RATHER DO 10% OF THE BUSINESS THROUGH MY OWN BRAND ON SHOPIFY AND ACTUALLY HAVE SOME CONTROL SO THAT IS WHERE WE ARE GOING IN 2024.

So you have both invoices and a Letter of Authorization giving you the express permission to sell that brand on Amazon? If so send them the paperwork. If you don't then, yeah, thats an IP complaint that can cost you both your money and any items in FBA.
Walmart has their paperwork in order and can't be used as a justification as to why you should get to sell the item too.

There is a lot to go over in your post-
1. Do you have invoices to provide for the IP Complaint?
2. Do you have L'oreal's authorization to sell their brand on Amazon?
We are not FB, but do you have all the documentation in reference to the shipment?
