Having trouble getting my bank account re-verified
I am having trouble getting my bank account re-verified. I have gone over it many many times and don't see where there is a problem. I checked all my bank info in my Amazon account, and compared it to my bank account. My bank account page has both my name and my DBA, which matches the name of my Amazon store.
I sent in the same info which has been approved in the past. I can't figure out where the glitch is. For my "Deposit Method" name I have my store name listed which IS on my bank account. Thinking maybe it supposed to be MY name? I don't know. I did have a case number CASE 13151165271 but it has since been closed. Amazon, please please help me get this up and running!

Troy from Amazon here. I understand you are having a reverification issue. Is this related to the Inform Act or something else?
In order to better assist, can you provide the messaging you are receiving when the the rejection notice is coming in.
You may need to open a new Seller Support case to re-trigger the verification process. There may also be a link from your Account Info page to restart the process from the Account Info page.
Prior to doing this, please make sure that all information (business name and address, phone number, email, etc) that may be required on the banking information is up to date. You will also want to make sure the deposit methods information is up to date and that you have assigned the bank account number to the marketplace for which you are trying to verify.
While going through this process, please continue to monitor your Account Info and Case Log pages for further updates as they become available.
