I need your help updating a listing

Here's the situation: I had 4 stand-alone listings and I created a flat file to marge them in a variation group. I entered the required information including the variation attributes which are color and size. The values that I entered are: colors = Black, Pink and Size: S/M, L/XL.

The color variation was created fine, however, the size variation is showing this instead

*small/medium/men's 3.5-7.5/women's 5-9

*Large-X-Large

Question 1: How can I fix that?

I was avoiding deleting the listing to update it, but it is something I am willing to do if necessary. The issue with this is that there are other sellers listing the same product. One is a an authorized seller (we are the brand owner) and the other one is Amazon Global Store UK.

Question 2: If I delete the listing for 24 hours, will I lose control on the ASINs as the only contributor (4 in total)?
