my listing is active but currently unavailable
hi as title suggests my listings are active but when I click on them, on Amazon website it shows currently unavailable and I asked this to Amazon and the reply is
"I would like to inform you that there is currently some backend issue with your listing so in order to make your listing active to the customer on Amazon site you need to refresh your listing."
what does refresh your listing mean? by the way I have GTIN exemption and didn't enter any upc or ean

that is not easy. If you are a new seller, better to sell 1-2 years on this .com platform. Afterwards there is a whole chapter in Seller University that explains. But I can't tell you because I don't sell in Europe. The VAT regulations are too complicated and there are also other additional obligations.

go into your listing (using the 'edit' button) and just hit 'save' again. This should update the listing. Most times you don't need to update anything unless you see a red notice from Amazon to update something within the listing.
