I have received a refund from Amazon since February 19. The refund was a change of professional seller and I downgraded to an individual seller.
I want to withdraw the money to my bank account but in "my wallet" my value is still 0 USD even though the payment transaction says that Amazon has refunded me.

Hello there. The refund likely went back on to the card that you had used initially.
If you are not seeing that, I'd recommend opening up a case with Seller Support by following this link and they should be able to get you the details of the refund.

CR back here again. I had a moment to go check in your account and do see that the refund took place back on 2/18/2024. You can view this by going to your "Payments" tab from the menu in the top left corner of Seller Central and then when you are on the Payments page, select the 'Transaction View' from the selections on the top where you will then see your repayment back to you.
