MY FBA fees are constantly changing
Hi, I have a very frustrating issue, my FBA fees are constantly changing, going up and down. At first, I was told that prices increase due to the holidays, then all of a sudden, my prices went down (very happy with that) so I dropped my prices to make more sales, and 3 days later, the fees went up, so now I'm losing money and won't be making sales if I higher my prices. When I asked customer service for help, they answered by saying that they would re-measure my product, but that was not the issue as the prices were changing without justification. I've read all the policies and nothing is explaining why I'm facing this.
How can I solve this issue with Amazon?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help with this. Will need some additional information on the change. How much has this change been? When you are in the inventory and click on the fee and then click on the FBA Fee in the pop out this should give you the dimensions and product size tier. Do those numbers line up with what you have?
