Identity verification process taking so long - so many days lost sales
This Identity verification process is causing weeks of lost sales, even though the information has been provided it is taking so long and our inventory is just sitting in the amazon warehouses. And if the documents are not exactly as requested, the process has to start all over again. We are feeling helpless because it seems that there is no one to get support for this. It's not right to withhold sales of our products during the duration of the verification process, why do sales have to stop at all to verify your business identity?
This is hurting small businesses. Does anyone have a similar experience with long wait times?

The verification process can indeed take some time, that's why it's so important to submit the documents exactly as required. How long are you waiting since your last submission?
You should find a more detailed explanation of the document requirements in your Performance Notifications. You can find these in the upper left corner when clicking on Menu > Performance > Performance Notifications.
Please make sure to read the whole message and resubmit the documents as per guidance again.
