GARNISHMENT ORDER ,DE ACCOUNT BLOCKED
Hello,
As on 15th jan2025 amazon deactivated my account in germany market place blocked all my inventory ,
i have cleared the debts with german tax authority they were very nice they sent the revocation letter in 10 working days , and that letter i have provided to amazon team but they're just not taking that letter seriously and just because of this problem i'm loosing all my sales day by day , and i have raised many cases that please check attached revocation letter copy of german tax office but they don't care they even don't look at that order, really a big problem really stuck with this problem amazon team is just saying wait for 5-10 business day.
is there anyone who is facing same kind of problem ?
any one knows how long it will take to sort out that kind of problem from amazon end ?

I can well imagine that it can take longer than 10 days. In Germany, Amazon may be liable to the state for the tax burden that you are responsible for (marketplace liability for VAT). They will therefore take their time to examine the case carefully.
