Issues with DAC7 legislation compliance

We have been having issues with our DAC7 legislation compliance. We are from EU and selling in USA. We have provided all the requiered information (company legal name, address, VAT number, company registration number), but the form still keeps on getting rejected.

Also contacted support several times regaring that issue, but there is no help from them. They just send us the Help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GM472VUSJDLG2HSB) to read that through and provide required information. But we have already done that and out account is deactivated because of the compliance form rejection.

There is also no additional information on why our DAC7 legislation compliance is being rejected.

I have opened a case regarding that (number 14545134911).

Is anyone having the same issue? Where you can find a person who can actually help with that issue? Amazon is not offering the option to call with this matter, as we are registered in EU. Help center is only giving us the e-mail option, but we have not been able to get any help through that.

The VAT number is considered valid only when the business name associated to the VAT number in the relevant Tax Authority’s database matches your legal name information in Seller Central.

I recommend referencing the account health page, case log and performance notification for updates, next steps and additional information.
