Amazon account 30 day review

I opened my amazon seller account around 2 months ago now, and as soon as i began to make a large number of sales my account was placed under a 30 day review. Since then i have continued to make sales and upload the relevant tracking information to all of the orders, but every time i message the account review team, i get a generic automated response from them saying they need to confirm delivery of the orders, even though they have relevant tracking information. Ontop of this, my account was deactivated last week pending that i sent amazon some ID information, which i have completed and the account was reinstated, but as soon as it was re instated, i got another email stating my account had been placed under review again for 30 days. It has been 22 days since the original, so i am not sure if this is the same account review, or it is a new one? Has anyone else had a similar experience with this?
