Can't edit any of my listings
Hi. I wanted to change some photos for one of my listings which has been on Amazon Handmade for 3 years. I have seen a red alert at Vital Info section which says:
8541: The value ‘LAMP’ specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value ‘GUILD_HOME’ for ASIN ‘B07DMTZCMM’ in the Amazon catalog. If this is ASIN ‘B07DMTZCMM’, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc.)
It wouldn’t let me make any changes and save them at all.
Than I found out that all my handmade listings have the same issue. I am no longer able to edit any of my listings. I asked seller help but all I got was an explanation but no solution. Does any of you have a similar problem? How did you deal with it?

Do you have a UPC exemption (I think all handmade does, but I am not sure}

Open another listing. What is the error? (in place of LAMP)

Go though the LAMP one and look at every field for the word LAMP tell me what field.

This is an error in the ‘edit listing’ interface. The ‘sub-category’ field ‘vital info’ tab is somehow being read incorrectly as an item type from the Regular Marketplace (which we don’t even have access to) even if you’ve selected an item type from the Handmade Marketplace (the ones that start with “GUILD”)
The only workaround is to download a flat file and add the listing details to it, then edit the things you want to change within the spreadsheet and upload the file. This bypasses the front-end where the error appears, but it takes forever and is not feasible if you have hundreds of listings. I hope they fix this soon.
