bought in past month is not displaying to customers
Are there any one got the same problem as me?
My listing product is not displaying the 'bought in past month' which most of other similar product got this figure.
That cause the customers think that my listing product didn't got any sale figure in past month then may lead to a sale lose.
This also increases our sponsored ads amount.
I seek help from amazon support and they reply there is not in-charge team for 'bought in past month' this feature. That they can't offer any help to me and suggest me to wait for the system to get our listing sale figure display.
Do any bro and sis get the same issue and able to provide me a suggestion. :)

Where are you seeing the 'bought in the past month' figure? Not sure what you are referring to.

Good afternoon from Seattle.
Thank you for raising this discussion post here on Forums.
Regarding the “X bought in the past week/month” that you see here: Amazon is currently piloting the Sales Trends feature to help customers make more confident purchasing decisions, leading to higher conversion and increased sales.
At this time, It is not possible to turn Sales Trends on or off for a particular product. We are piloting this experimental feature to evaluate its benefit to our customers, so customers may not see it all the time.
If the feature helps customers make more confident purchasing decisions, improves conversion rates, and increases sales, Amazon may roll it out more broadly in the coming months.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Sandy
