MISSING INBOUND SHIPMENT

Dear Amazon,

This is so frustrating for us as our shipment# FBA1873ZF9KR was missing entirely after it arrived at the fullfilment center.

We shipped 50 units and then all 50 units went missing. The tracking number 1Z2285W80349087630 indicates that the package was received at FTW1, 33333 LBJ FWY, Dallas, TX, 75241-7203, US, but then, in the case# 16950478801, Amazon gave us the final investigating message which is unacceptable as

"When we receive shipments with quantity discrepancies, we automatically initiate a review on your behalf for the items. As part of this review, we perform a second, physical count to reconfirm the quantity of the items received. Items are marked "Investigation Completed–shipment contents counted and confirmed" when we have completed the review."

If 1 or 2 units are missing, we understand it, but how could all 50 units go missing like that? Amazon refused to reimburse us after we provided the proof of delivery and invoices. This shipment is high in value and worth almost $30,000.

Please help us @Jameson_Amazon@KJ_Amazon@Tiff_Amazon@Topher_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon as we saw a lot of different sellers mentioned your account and you guys actually cared.

All cases related to this shipment: 17090357791 (current case#), 16950478801, 16723682041. All have been either denied or ignored by Amazon.

Now, Amazon changed their statement today as they received our package and counted, but then, we used the incorrect product label for all 50 units???? Of course, it's very false.

We printed all label, FNSKU: X004BOQCHR ( in one printer and each product box, we put 2 labels with 3 layers of checking and confirming before shipping out to Amazon.

Amazon just came up with this excuse recently on other shipments that we shipped but with smaller amount if missing units. But this one, 50 units of Pixel 7 Pro 256Gb White New Sealed!!!

If Amazon said incorrect labels, where are all 50 units now? Probably in one of the pallet for liquidation.

They never initiated any communication with us about this shipment, but when we opened cases, Amazon responded with very irresponsible answers....

We will fight until the end to get our inventory be counted or the reimbursement which we have worked so so hard to earn it.
