I was sending to Warehousing and distribution (AWD) everything arrives there, but when they sending it out to FBA its arriving with not normally a missing amount of items

anyone have this experience from (AWD) ??

actually I open this for both reasons

we switched recently all to Warehousing and distribution (AWD) because Amazon was advertising that is much better

but I have such a hard time that the units from AWD to FBA not arriving

that's why I would like to know this experience from other sellers

you can see case 16904946041 16905147771 16942236211 16961084541 17053025841 for FBA18L31NWVW and more , you can see that's a full shipment not arriving from AWD to FBA and is already 4 months and we got no response from Amazon it's so sad why AWD to FBA is not so good

I shared that information with our partner team for their review.

The team investigated issues with your inbound shipments, and requested that you attach the Proof of Ownership documentation for those cases. Once the proofs of ownership are attached, the team will investigate the missing units from the replenishment shipments.

Proof of ownership is required for the investigation of missing units for replenishment shipments from AWD to FBA. It can be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include the following information:

  • Date of the purchase
  • Product names of the missing items
  • Quantity purchased
  • Full name and address of the invoice issuer
  • Full name and address of the buyer (seller)

If you are the manufacturer, you can send a copy of the signed packing slip, in non-editable format. Please let me know when you have provided this information for the following cases: 17189568051/16904946041/ 16905147771/16942236211/17053025841, or if you have more questions.

see all cases we share the invoice see 1 example case id 16904946041 we never got back any response from Amazon and the case open for 2 and 1/2 months already

Our partner team has provided a response regarding Case ID: 16942236211

Due to a technical issue, FNSKU X002OT83B9 was not included in shipment FBA18L37BCX5. Instead, this FNSKU was shipped under a different shipment ID (FBA18LTK29RL) from AWD to IXD site.

There is no pending action and issue is resolved. Thank you.
