I applied for the brand registry for my brand and my application and appeal both rejected. I got a mail, “Your Brand Registry enrollment application has been rejected. Why did this happen? This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form.” My Case ID is CASE 17008471801. I have a Canadian corporation and I provided whatever tax id or business registration number I have on government documents. I don’t know how to provide or submit company documents to resolve this issue, because there is no link or guideline provided to proceed and solve this. Please help !

As a part of the appeal process, a detailed investigation was conducted based on the (i) information available in our internal systems and (ii) information and documents provided by you. After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we have concluded that the appeal is approved.
What is the next step?
Your Brand Registry application request has now been forwarded to the Brand Registry enrollment team for next steps in the enrollment process which will be communicated over email.
Please expect to hear back from us with a new case ID and you may refer to the new case ID in all future correspondence regarding your application.
