In order to close your account, it must be in good health.
If it is in good health then delete all listings, both active and inactive. Wait ninety days. Then close it.

Since Amazon suspended your account according to your thread from two weeks ago, you cannot close it. You have to fix it properly and then do what @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blsays. But since the reason was "fraudulent and illegal" there is little hope. Just forget it and try on another platform.
In no way try to create another account. The system would recognize it and suspend it immediately. Even in 20 years.

'Closing' it is permanent so go to individual if you have not already.
In theory, you only get ONE account per lifetime though there have been reports of people being allowed back.
Forever is a LONG time so close it ONLY if you are 90 years old and are 100% positive you will never find a great product that belongs on Amazon.
