I understand about the situation you are experiencing with the Featured Offer eligibility for your used books.
Upon review of your case 15604527701, I can see that the ASIN you added to the case, is actually eligible for the Featured Offer. You can double check that on your Inventory.
May I ask if you still need support on this? If you have ASINs that had the Featured Offer, but you lost it, despite of having a good Account Health and no apparent reason for the loss, you can open a new case with Seller Support with the ASINs that are currently not eligible so they can investigate again.
If the case gets resolved, but no resolution was provided, you can let us know here so we can look further.
