KYC Documents for a Trust

I keep getting the following request:

Certificate of Incorporation (requested) however this does not exist in the USA for a Trust. I keep on uploading the Trust execution document created during the founding of the trust, but It gets rejected and the same email is being sent (request of a COI.

What should the next step be?

Hello @Seller_JTK9etnhQuFaj ! Did you try to open a case with support explaining that this type of document does not exist for your activity?

In order to reach to the correct department, you have to click on the Helpbutton in Seller Central and write in the Or, describe your issue box "problem with account verification" and choose Account related from the options.
