FBA shipment lost inbound. It's been 3 months. Seller support acts like I've never shipped it.

I am beyond frustrated with this. Mods please help. I am getting nowhere with Seller Support. Case ID 14762672331

I've shipped a package to FBA on November 14, 2023. The package traveled along till it reached Jacksonville, on November 17th, where (according to Tracking on Amazon) it was accepted by fulfillment center. Why it was accepted there is beyond me, because destination was Charlotte, NC. Since then there was no updates.

Investigation date keeps changing from January 1, to February 10, now they changed it again to March 21. Like delaying will help at this point.

Seller support keeps sending me copy/paste nonsense that I haven't even shipped the package. You understand how this sounds, right? Apparently an 'air' was traveling to Jacksonville being scanned along the way. Screen shots I sent them were completely ignored.

I don't know what to do at this point. Has anyone been successful at finding lost inbound shipments?

Hi @Seller_vWhgseZxKF7Jj,

Thank you so much for reaching out about this!

I'm sorry to hear that this investigation date has been pushed. Please know that there could be a number of factors causing this date change. In general, reconciliation dates can sometimes shift due to the shipment's tracking information and receiving times while it is being researched by FBA Fulfillment Center agents.

Unfortunately, I do need to wait until that date passes and the shipment has been reconciled before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed depending on the results of that investigation.

In the meantime, I would recommend taking a look at the Inventory Ledger report to see if you can get any additional information on this shipment there. Also, I would recommend reading through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.

Please continue to keep me updated on this thread once the shipment is reconciled. If this is not resolved after that investigation, I will then be able to escalate internally for further review!

I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, I truly apologize for that. If you have any further questions while we wait for the investigation, please let me know!

Thanks again,

Jameson
