How do I re-upload an SDS when the Compliance Media field only accepts a URL?

Hi everyone,

Several of my listings now show “Safety information – Rejected.” I need to resubmit each Safety Data Sheet (SDS), but I’m stuck:

1. The resubmission link from Seller Support won’t let me pick the media type or language again.

2. In Manage All Inventory → Edit → Safety & Compliance, the Compliance Media field accepts only an http:// URL—there’s no option to attach a PDF. Most SDS files are PDFs, so I have no valid public link to provide.

3. I’ve attached a screenshot of the page where the media type can’t be reselected.

Questions

• Is there any portal or workflow that actually allows a PDF SDS upload after the first submission was rejected?

• If the Compliance Media field insists on a URL, how are you hosting the file?

• Any recent success stories or work-arounds would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Best regards,

Hello @Seller_CSVuXLYjAbVdu,

usually these documents should be submitted on the Manage your compliance Dashboard, did you check there?

Here some help pages that might help:
