hello, I live in Canada but my sales zone is the USA I want to create a removal order because of a shipping box labeling mistake. so how do I send the products to myself in Canada it shows if I change the address it has to be only in the USA ?

You have to send the products to a Prep Center nearby and then make send it to Canada. Amazon will remove the units in several steps and it can take weeks or months.
