How to lower a product's price but show original price crossed-off?

I'm trying to reduce the price of my item from $108 to $62 and get it to show a price cross off. When i reduce the price i get a error

Did you sell it for some months for 108.-- on Amazon? Otherwise the strike through will not work.

Btw: two reviews with personal pictures? Have never seen this and this looks very suspicious! I hope for you that these persons are in no (electronic) relationship with you.
