In this forum you do not communicate with Amazon but with other sellers. There are already many posts on this topic. They all state that an EPR registration with Amazon can take 6-8 weeks

EPR has been quite fast for us, I think a “good” 6-8 weeks “only”.
Seller support or forums moderators can’t speed things up, it’s the same slooooow pace for everybody.
So unfortunately, you have to wait, until the registration process is completed.

As @miro and @DSP already mentioned, we cannot say how long it will take to get the EPR reviewed. Unfortunately, there seems to be a backlog which is causing longer waiting times.
As soon as your number has been approved, you will receive a notification.
