I cannot access my seller account because I deleted my buyer account

Hello. 2 years ago, when I opened a seller account of .amm***@gmail.com businesses on behalf of my company, I deleted the buyer account with the same e-mail and I did not want to use the buyer account. Later, I realized that I could not enter the seller account, and I thought that my seller account was deleted, I sent a message to amm***@gmail. After firing the seller account more purposefully and for a long time, amazon took over my account and drove it.

Charles from Amazon here, responding to your related account issue.

You are stating that you have a buyer account that you have accidentally deleted? Or are you suggesting that you need to reset your buyer account password? Are your suggesting that your selling account is affected by your buyer account? Is there an issue with your selling account in regards to having a second, related account?

When as account is affected by the multiple account policy, a seller’s first action step is to refer to the connected account, and resolve the issue that remains with that account.

From what you are saying, it sounds like there is an issue with maybe getting access to your buying account, which is affecting your original selling account?

I occasionally refer sellers to is our customer service phone number 888-282-2406, which can be called on so that they can unlock or change password to your buying account. Maybe if you can update that info, you can get your buying account situated – which in turn, would open up your access to your original selling account.
