How does amazon get notified my order was delivered to my customer???
How does amazon get notified my order was delivered to my customer??? Im asking because amazon is holding my money but I've had orders delivered as I have checked the tracking. I don't ship with amazon but I did put the shipping info in (Obviously) so I would think they would still be notified when the item is delivered? I've only been doing this since Sunday so I'm very new to this and need help please!

Please check out the below page for details about how Amazon (and the buyer) sees that an order was delivered.
The On-Time Delivery metrics is based on packages that had confirmed tracking information. On-time delivery is a metric which enables sellers to determine the percentage of merchant fulfilled packages received by customers on or before the Amazon promised delivery date that appears on seller central.
I recommend taking a look at the Order Performance program policy for information about this and other shipping metrics Amazon uses.
