Disgusting experience with amazon customer service team

Recently I have come across something about Amazon customer service, it is very disgusting and sad for sellers.

Actually we deal with both FBA and MFA so we received and order on MFA and we delivered on to the cx on timely manner , but cx latter on claimed the refund telling that the product arrived late, and amazon released the refund without asking further questions and now I'm chasing for my compensation bcz we are the one who delivered the product on time and we got loss of $23 and amazon care team unable to solve this issue from last 17 days and they even don't know about amazon, mostly they hung-up and don't even bother to make a call back to the customer.

Regarding this issue i had a word with so many advisor but non of them able to solve my issue very disappointing behavior towards sellers.

i think amazon should treat equally both sellers and customers bcz if sellers stop taking interest in selling then it directly impact amazon growth

if any one have any source to connect some higher in authority plz share with me, hope for the best

I've noticed that Amazon just approves any and all A-to-Z claims at this point. We're constantly appealing unjustified claims, but to no avail which directly affects us as the seller since the refund is coming straight from our pockets.

It sounds like you may be in another country and not purchasing shipping through Seller Central. If you purchase your shipping through Seller Central and the item tracks as shipped on the Ship By date, Amazon will refund the customer but not charge you for the refund. Buying shipping outside of the Amazon ecosystem is not worth the few cents you save if you are able to purchase shipping directly through Seller Central. Also, you have the ability to appeal any refund decisions Amazon makes and present your case. Maybe find out if you can do so in your native language, as you may be able to communicate your issues better.

There is none. Remember, Amazon wants the buyer to be happy, NOT the Seller.

Amazon has trained their buyers how to get free products and this is a popular scam buyers use. Amazon really does not care as the buyer did not scam Amazon; the buyer scammed you, the 3rd party seller.

Here are the 3 ways INR buyers' scam sellers.

- One day after shipping the buyer claims INR using the purchase page, Report a Problem". May take a day or two, but Amazon will refund in full.

- Call customer service and say the item did not arrive, SC Reps usually refund on the spot.

- Wait until the tracking shows delivery then say they did not get the item. Amazon refunds.

Your only recourse is to file a Safe-T claim if shipping was paid thru Amazon or write an appeal if an A-Z claim was made.

Did you use Amazon Buy Shipping? Did they file an A to Z claim? If you did use Amazon buy shipping the appeal the A to Z. If not try it anyways sometimes you get lucky.

Besides that there is nothing else you can do

This is what happens, from personal experience and losing thousands of dollars.

Customer: "Hey Amazon! I received my order and everything is perfect! Can I have a refund please?"

Amazon: "Sure! We'll refund you the full amount directly from the sellers bank account! Thank for for being such a great customer!"

Seller (Me): "Hey Amazon, customer committed fraud. Here is 4 documents of proof complety showing how the customer committed fraud. Please compensate me for the order."

Amazon: "(Automated response): You did not buy our shipping services for this order, so your case is DENIED, no chance of appeal. No compensation."

Seller (Me): *Suffering from rage and annoyance, planning on Amazon's downfall*

It sounds like you may be in another country and not purchasing shipping through Seller Central. If you purchase your shipping through Seller Central and the item tracks as shipped on the Ship By date, Amazon will refund the customer but not charge you for the refund.
