How to do a return FBM
I have searched the internet for some type of tutorial on how to process a return FBM and I can not find anything that shows the process. A customer states that a book is damaged and wants to return it. Do I have to do anything on the manage returns section or do I just wait for the book to show up and then issue a refund. I never sent a damaged book but I don't want to fight this. Please help!

I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding.
You are not required to take any actions in the Manage returns page until you receive the product back. My best advice is to wait until you receive the book, so you can examine its condition and determine if you are entitled to a recharging stock.

If the return has already been authorized, I would advise you to wait until you receive the item to examine it before refunding the buyer. Depending on the item's condition, you may evaluate charging a restocking fee:

Indeed. Once the return has been initiated, you will be notified to your main primary email. In the notification, you will find the tracking ID linked to the return request.
The tracking detail and status for the return and other details are also found under Manage Returns by searching the specific Order ID and going to "more information"
