Has anyone come across the fact that one of the variations of products has two categories?
Because of this, a number of problems arise:

Amazon removes the parent ASIN due to the policy of violating the creation of product variations.

Over time, this product changes the parent ASIN to the wrong second category, which is not the main one and was assigned by Amazon.
I have many cases open with this problem. But Amazon’s technical support cannot solve our problem within a month. They say that the changes will soon take effect within 48-72-96 hours, and when this does not happen, they say that the category has already been set correctly and so on in a circle.
What does it look like?
I am attaching this variation of goods to the parent ASIN. After a few days, this product changes the category of the parent ASIN and some of the other child ASINs to the wrong one. After that, Amazon deletes the parent ASIN and sends us an email about the violation of the policy of the rules for creating variations of goods, and now we have to write explanations why we violate the rules of Amazon.

I finally got an explanation from the Amazon support service.
Upon research done by our internal team, Kindly note that your ASIN will be searchable under this browse node 5211933031 and 9518063031 this browse node too. We are unable to remove the node ID 5211933031 as it better fits for the listing.
However, my problem is still not solved and I am trying to ask them to remove the category browse node 5211933031 for our ASIN. Because I can’t add our product to the parent ASIN due to violating the rules of the Amazon product variation policy.
If someone managed to solve this problem, I would be glad to get your advice.strong text
