HELP! CANNOT SEND DOCS TO inbound-appeals
I was asked to do a verification video call, which I did. I was then told to submit documents. The person on the call had no link to send me, but said to send them to inbound-appeals @ amazon.com.
Well I did that, and I got a form or AI generated reply saying I had to do a video call. So I click the link for the video call - a second time, remember - and the Amazon page says I already did a video call and am not eligible to do one.
So the video agent told me to give them documents that I have no way to actually provide. And meanwhile they are threatening to deactivate my account if I don't provide the docs. I've tried emailing them to inbound-appeals, but I get no reply - or the form message described above.
Then, out of nowhere, I get required to do INFORM verification again. I've completed it successfully, and my account is still locked out of FBA and disbursement. There is no pathway to activation - as far as I know, I've done everything asked of me.

I believe you are asking about funds and FBA inventory. Could you please provide the most recent Performance Notification or a case ID and I would be happy to review this for you.
The Inform Consumers Act verification will happen yearly. If you modify an address or tax information this may also queue a verification.
