Ip complaints from diferent brand from my product
I received an ip complaints of a product, but it turns out that it was not the same brand but another one that supposedly look alike, at the time of receiving it I had no units available since the day before they had all sold out, also that listing had about 30 more offers between fba and fbm … How can I resolve this since it affected my account?

Hello @Seller_Ae3TPdV98tj1D,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums. I hope you are doing well.
I can see that you have some concerns about the IP violation you have on your account. For the seller forums community and I to better assist you, I would like to ask you a couple of questions.
What is the name of your brand and what is the name of the other brand? How similar are the names?
Did you receive a copyright violation, or a trademark violation, or a patent violation?
Are you the owner of the products you are selling?
Have you submitted any appeals?
Since there are still concerns with your listings and violations, I have gone ahead and transferred your information to another team for outreach. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date so they may reach you.
Depending on the IP violation, your appeal/dispute path maybe different. The Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers help page shows the type of violation and your next steps.
Best,
Webb
