I am reaching out from my child account as my primary Amazon seller account has been blocked for the past two weeks. Every time I attempt to log in, I encounter an error message stating, "We have detected unusual activity on your account and have temporarily blocked it." This notification appears immediately after entering the OTP during login.

Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I have faced reluctance from the seller support team to assist me. Instead, I have been directed to contact customer support through a buyer account, which seems inappropriate since the issue pertains to my seller account.

Do you have 2 accounts? One you call the parent/primary account and the other you call the child account?

You have mentioned that you are reaching out from your child account about your primary account. From the information you have provided above, it sounds like your child account maybe deactivated due to being related to your primary account. If so, Per our Per our amazon's multiple account policy, you can have one account per seller per region unless you have a legitimate business need for opening a second account. Even when permitted to have multiple selling accounts all must remain in good standing at all times. For any reason, if one account does become deactivated then all remaining and linked stores will become deactivated and remain so until the root of the issue is resolved.

If you are not able to login to the primary account to reinstate it, you may appeal it through your child account.
