Generics Error 5885 on listing that is NOT generic! Seller Support doing NOTHING like always!
I am getting a generic error 5585 on an ASIN that is not generic. I have been talking with Seller Support for the last month trying to get this resolved. I have given them invoices, photos, and every bit of information they ask for. If you've been selling on Amazon long enough, you know they are no help at all and just keep sending you in circles hoping you will close the case. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

I got that today too, for a product that I already sell FBA, and have for a long time. I found a box in the warehouse and was going to make a seperate FBM sku, and sure enough, that generic error.
I hate it here.

I wanted to let everyone know my problem was never solved and nobody ever got in contact with me. Amazon's Seller Support kept giving me the same response that has nothing to do with my problem. They try to make it another issue it is not. I have lost hope.
