A-to-Z granted after buyer returned used and damaged stuff? Proof attached, appeal still lost !?!?!?!

At this point, we need some stepping-in from mods because after all the proof provided, communication and photo evidence given, our claim and appeal got DENIED!
We can not allow that our account ODR will be hurt badly because Amazon bots did granted A-to-Z claim incorrectly and even denied appeal with their standard "we stand by our decision" nonsense! Denied because NOBODY CARES TO LOOK AT WHAT IS SHOWED TO THEM IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES.. oh how could they if they are just bots...
We have provided clear explanation with facts that buyer has returned DAMAGED item and we have charge him a restocking fee. After buyer opened the claim, not only the claim was granted and now affecting our ODR, but Amazon bot made us fund claim completely! Which means, we have even refunded him more than we ever got from that order originally.
Customer completely tricked Amazon system by lying that something was missing (Buyer has developed a story that "manual is missing" and due to this he decided he wanted to return the machine because "other model manual seems to be better and wanted an exchange".) while actually even marked himself in claim comments that "Customer comments: Is anything missing? No. Do you want to return the item? I've already returned it. Could you provide more details? I want a refund for the return shipping costs. Do you have a tracking number? Yes. Reason Code: REFUND_RELATED". This means that buyer was LYING to us because nothing is missing in the original package! This lying person returned damaged item after period of time and even marked Return Reason "Bought by mistake"

Buyers do this a lot because they think they will never get caught with the RFS Return system, and Amazon doesn't really care about it.
Sellers using FBA basically have to eat it, but 3rd Party sellers using FBM can file a safe-T claim. We have never lost a case such as yours, when filing a claim.

We have not only lost an appeal.. Today we received a second confirmation that "We have reviewed the buyer’s claim and the information you provided..Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision."
This is MORE than just pathetic. It's not a "decision" - it's an ERROR.
It's 100% obvious that bots are "solving" our claim. Because if a human would step in and spare at least 30 seconds, he would see that there is no way that such claim supposed to be granted. Buyer returned damaged/ruined item after period of usage time and even lied to Amazon just to get free prepaid label.
How more corrupt this marketplace can be? But I can't say I am very amazed.

Exactly. We received one more auto-reply 12 hours ago that they are going to stand by their decision.
We are not going to back down! This is a robbery.
If there weren't any photo evidence of the item, photos of the returned package or questionable facts involved.. It would take seconds to admit that it's Amazons error if only some human would look at our case. But now there's bots only.

More than a week passed since your last interference with this issue.
No further emails are coming from A-to-Z team.
No further emails on Seller Support because they decided to CLOSE unresolved case while it's still marked "Transferred".
We can't invent other proof than the ones already provided. There is obvious damage on various sides of the item, it can't be repaired, only trashed.
Should we include pictures here? Does anybody solving this anymore? Can you MANUALLY interfere with this claim because it does not look it is being reviewed anymore?
