My inventory showing out of stock?

I had a product sent to Amazon, and the shipment was received by Amazon and shows that it was received by Amazon and also received some orders that after live my inventory but now after a couple of days, it still shows as out of stock even though I have 20 units of inventory available left. Can you please help me with this regarding?

We've noticed that when a shipment is in "receiving" status, the items don't usually show up in our inventory either as inbound or available. Could this be what you're seeing?
