Hello, I received an email from "compliance-verification@amazon.com" saying that my money is on hold. In the email there is a link where you have to enter your email address to receive a code and then you have to send additional documents, which I do not know because I would like to ask you first dear users if you have experienced such an email or problem. Unfortunately, support is unable to help me because when I write to them and describe the situation they suggest that I do not reply to this email saying that everything is fine. I explain to them that I have not received the payment from 24/10/2022 and currently it does not show me that I can withdraw anything as if I have all the funds frozen. They still say everything is fine. I have found several threads on the forums from which there is no clear statement whether this email is not a scam or something like that. I would ask for help if anyone has had a similar problem and how they solved it. Thank you in advance and best regards.

You might want to post the text of the email (please remove the included links) to this board to see whether someone has something to say.
Personally, regarding the email text you described I’ld consider this phishing.
You might also check the methods of payment in your account as these might be altered already (in case asomeone phished your credentials).

The content of the email looks like this. There must be something in it as I have not received any money from amazon and cannot withdraw anything. I have checked my payment and withdrawal methods several times and nothing has changed there.
The account is in very good shape and is still selling goods.
