Need Help: Issues with Payment Requests and Fund Availability
Hello Fellow Amazon Sellers,
I am reaching out to the community for advice and insights regarding an issue I am currently facing with my Amazon seller account. My account is in good standing (I have checked with seller account specialist (Seller Central - Account Health - Call me Now), yet I am encountering problems related to payment requests and fund availability.
Here's a brief overview of my situation:
- Inability to Request Payment: For several days now, I have been unable to request payment. The 'Fund Available at The End of Settlement' shows $0, which doesn't seem to align with my account activities.
- Cancelled Payment Request: On January 17, 2024, I requested a payment of $1,156.44. This request was surprisingly cancelled without any explanation. I am particularly confused about this, as the system initially allowed me to make the request.
I am looking for guidance or suggestions from anyone who may have experienced similar issues. Specifically:
- Has anyone faced a similar issue where payment requests were unexpectedly cancelled?
- What steps did you take to resolve such issues, and how responsive was Amazon’s support?
- Are there any specific points I should mention or clarify when reaching out to Amazon Seller Support?
- Any insights or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Navigating these issues can be challenging, and I believe the collective wisdom of this community could be incredibly helpful.
I haven't received any performance notification or emails about why Amazon cancel the disbursement and why Amazon hold my money for so long (The 'Fund Available at The End of Settlement' shows $0)
Thank you in advance for your help and support!
Best regards,
Carter

Unless you just migrated to the New NOT Improved Forum you appear to be brand new.
New sellers will ALL have a reserve level of funds that are not released until Amazon is sure they are protected from any future claims.
These reserve levels can stay for YEARS, so get used to it.
NEW sellers (in fact any sellers in the last 5 years or more) do NOT have the ability to request daily releases.
I can do it but I have been on here for over 14 years.
There might be a way to get earlier payments but it costs a pretty good amount of 'interest' for a payment that comes from another company and not directly from Amazon.

Hello @Seller_tqJhoTHLzdLSM,
Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration that this has caused. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
Have you opened a seller support case? If not please do and then post the cased ID. I will be able to review and escalate on your behalf.
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers,
Micah
