Account deactivated and Amazon won't dispose of inventory and keeps charging my credit card monthly

hello - I had my account deactivated in 2023 due to an IP issue with a beauty product I have been selling. In that same time frame, I started my own brand and launched on Amazon. My first day of launch, my account got deactivated. I have tried endlessly to get my account back. I have since given up. The point of this, is because Amazon continues to charge my credit card almost $300 every month. Even if I cancel my credit card, they charge a new card where I haven’t even given them the credit card or authorized them to use and my bank and visa cannot stop them. I have tried endlessly to get amazon to destroy / dispose of my inventory and even set up automatic disposal. They won’t dispose of it and I cannot end the charges on my card. And when I click create removal order I get an error. This had caused immense stress on me, emotional and physical and I feel like a prisoner to their system. Has anyone gone through and any suggestions or pointers on coming to a solution to end these charges? I don’t even care about getting my account back. I want the charges to stop and inventory disposed of. Truly feels illegal what is happening.

It's unlikely to help because right now you are a cash cow for Amaozn but you might look at this --

Because yours involves IP issues and possible counterfeit it is unlikely to solve the problem but maybe it will help someone else with long term storage problems.
