Custom product order- rejection and cancellation accepted by amazon is huge loss

We sell specially customised/personalised products on Amazon and they are specifically made for that customer. But many times after dispacthing the product, customer rejects it or cancels the order or address is undeliverable etc and Amazon is refunding full amount to customer promptly. We as a seller are incurring huge losses as these products cannot be reused or sold to anyone else as they have been permanently engraved with customer's name.

Cancellation/rejection or undeliverable address are all customer issues and customised orders should not be reimbursed.

Why did no one think about this while making policies and designing and launching the custom products system?? Can someone discuss with sellers regarding this and frame correct policies around this so that we are not bearing such huge losses, else we cannot continue selling customised products on amazon

Thank you for your post on the Forums. Customizable products are not returnable in general . However, In case of damaged, defective item or product with wrong customization it can be returned and refunded.

Please address this issue with Sellers Support.
