Lost All Page 1 Organic Ranking After PPC Was Suspended For One Day!
Hello Everyone,
I am looking for some advise if anyone can relate or has experienced this issue. My listing was flagged for an alleged violation claim after making changes to my listing in the supplement niche. PPC campaigns were suspended for about 24 hours, but I maintained all my organic ranking during that day and even had some sales. Today PPC is active and I am getting impressions, but all my page one ranking for organic keywords are gone.
I reached out to support for help and was told that my rankings are showing up in the search results, but they are no longer on page one or top 10. I am now showing up in ranks 70 - 199. Do I need to just wait for my ranking to return or at least get close to where I used to be or did all the funds I spent on PPC to rank basically go down the drain?

I was able to get the issue resolved. Turns out that amazon had my inventory as defective when there were in fact not defective. This led to my listing having less than 20 units in stock which completely killed my organic rank. I was able to open an investigation which led to the inventory that was "lost in a virtual container" get found, and now I am back in stock.
I turned on my PPC campaigns and my organic ranking has slowly returned to page one and a few in top 10. It took about 3 days for things to return to normal after my stranded inventory was fixed.
