My access to RAV tool was revoked with no explanation. I opened a case (ID 13682528481) with Seller Help on August 29, 2023, and have received five "updates" on the case saying they have reached out to the corresponding team and are waiting for a response. It has now been five weeks with this case completely unresolved! Every time I ask for specifics, I am only offered that they are "working on it." More and more sellers are encroaching on my branded listings, but I cannot report them, so as a direct result my sales are declining. I have tried opening new cases and they all get closed immediately claiming they cannot do anything to help. I have no idea how to appeal my RAV tool rights without knowing why it was revoked in the first place. All I asked from Seller Help was for information so I could appeal. I was trying to be patient but this is becoming unreasonable.
