When you remove a listing under review, and on shipment list it shows closed with red UNKNOWN SKU, the seller is not able to follow up to at least know where the item is and how to get it back.
Can you please wait till the review is completed and the item is returned to the seller?!!!😒🤔

That is exactly what it means. The case is closed. The product with that SKU number cannot be found, And, Amazon has moved on.
Now if this is an FBA lot, If it is new and has any value, Amazon will offer it for sale on the site, and if there is no real profit in the product, it is placed on a pallet and sold out the back door. Don't think that Amazon will bend over Backwards and spend hours looking for whatever it is.
