URGENT: FBA Inventory suddenly disappeared overnight

@Spencer_AmazonWe are experiencing a major issue where all our DE FBA inventory has disappeared in the last 24 hours ー on ALL our ASINS, not just one or two, all of them.

I've checked the FBA inventory reports, and the units are showing in the FBA FC. However, all listings are showing "zero" stock available, the PDP listing is marked as unavailable, and there are no "stranded inventory" items showing.

Seller support already had me DELETE and FULL UPDATE the listings with no success.

Greatly appreciate your escalation here.

I checked the case you mentioned and I see that it was already forwarded for review only a few hours ago. For now we have to wait for the response in the case. Keep us posted here if you get any updates on this, I'd like to follow up on this with you.

This has happened to me before when I had to remove and re-add my VAT number. My entire inventory suddenly disappeared, and as expected the Amazon support had no clear explanation. However, after about a week, the items gradually started to reappear.

I hope the same resolution happens for you as well.
