2024 FBA inbound placement service and SP-API
I have read the announcement of the 2024 FBA Inbound Placement Fee and it seems for "Send to Amazon" as far as I understand. As the post states, "When you create a shipping plan, you can select one of the following inventory inbound placement options".
My concern is, are these options also available when using SP-API? If not:
- How will the Inbound Placement Service affect shipments created via SP-API?
- Will API-created shipments incur the same fees as those initiated through Seller Central?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! If this is part of the Send to Amazon process moving forward I assume this would be available via the API. If this is not the case I would cut a ticket with Seller Support as they will have the technical resources to troubleshoot this.
