Hello all

Is it possible to be in communication with a Brand Registry Manager?

I opened a case : 17649005221

Demande rejected but the brand is already registered at legal authority for France (INPI) and I sent an image with packaging+logo.

I would advise you first register your brand in INPI (The French House of Innovators). Once it's done, you can enroll your brand into Amazon Brand Registry which will help you protect your brand’s intellectual property.

Do you have a possibility to affix the brand in the product packaging ?

For security reasons, brand should be affixed in the product or packaging permanently, this is one of the requirements for Brand Registry applications.

I'm afraid that if you don't have your brand permanently affixed, your application will be automatically refused.

For security reasons, brand should be affixed in the product or packaging permanently, this is one of the requirements for Brand Registry applications.

I'm afraid that if you don't have your brand permanently affixed, your application will be automatically refused.
