Amazon must give some tool to Sellers too to mark such customer as Red Flag so next time, when these frauds place some order, next seller must aware of this.

we are also facing same issue but one new issue also facing.
when we send replacement product then customer mark replacement piece return and when we get replacement product in return and get fake product and apply for Claim then Amazon Deny bcz of NIL Value of Repalcement product.
